The Allure Waikiki is having its grand opening today and offering a 25% discount on 5 units. The condo has had some trouble selling units, but is likely to be approved by Fannie Mae for buying mortgages made on the building, which should help sales. A handful of residents were allowed to move in last month. The location is very conveniently located at the gateway to Waikiki.
