Waikiki: A new time share building at the Hilton
The Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort and Spa will begin construction of a new time share building on the site of the old Waikikian and the Tahitian Lanai restaurant.
The 38 story building to be known as the Waikikian tower would not be completed until 2008 and would be the seventh tower at the Hilton complex, but the construction schedule has not been finalized.
The new tower, inspired in part by the Lagoon Tower, will house a new swimming pool, a wedding chapel, and a restaurant.
