The Vanguard Lofts is an interesting new condo in Honolulu. This was a renovation of the old NCR building and the new building is mixed use complex with commercial space on the first floor. There are only 36 units total and the floor plans are really open loft spaces. The original units sold allowed the new buyers to pick their finishing materials, including hardwood or concrete floor and counter tops that were either granite or stone. The location along Kapiolani Blvd. makes it easy to get around Honolulu. Most of the units have high ceilings and there are 23 different floor plans.
